We aim to dispatch within 3 days of receiving your order via An Post Tracked Postal Service. Please note that postal times can vary from the following An Post estimated times and VicoRobes cannot be held accountable for postal delays
Shipping Policy
Ireland & Northern Ireland We offer free standard shipping on all orders to Ireland and Northern Ireland. Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days.
UK & Europe (25 countries)Shipping rates are tiered based on order value:
- Orders up to a certain value: €6.00
- Larger orders: up to €20.00
Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days.
Rest of World (Australia, Canada, United States)Shipping rates are tiered based on order value:
- From €12.00 up to €32.00 depending on order size.
Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days.
Please note: Taxes and duties are not included in the shipping rates and may be charged upon delivery depending on your location
MISSED & UNDELIVERED ITEMS
Any items not delivered due to the recipient not being present at the delivery address will be dealt with in accordance to A Post procedure for the shipping method you selected.

Once the shipment is dispatched from Vico Robes it is the carriers responsibility to deliver your package to you. We have very little power if any to influence any non-delivered items. The carrier will explain their procedures as well as any compensation claim.
